Restaurant Chair with frame of Plywood and Plastic moulded seat
I always use Baltic-birch plywood for seat platforms because it has more laminations than other plywoods and the core is free of voids and quite strong. Slots add some give to the stiff material. These can be cut a number of ways, but Fortune prefers to use a template-guided router for consistent results.
